Shipping and returns policy

SHIPPING AND RETURNS  

For bulky items, standard shipping will be applied, while express shipping will be utilized for other items, depending on their size.

All domestic orders will be carefully packed and handed over to either our trusted courier or your yacht agent within 1-3 business working days.

The delivery time of your goods will be determined by the order destination and the shipping option selected during checkout.

As a general guideline, based on our past experiences, express shipping to mainland Europe typically takes 1-3 business days, while standard shipping may require 2-5 business days for mainland Europe. For destinations outside of Europe, please request shipping time estimates. Please note that these are approximate delivery time frames, and while we provide these indications, we do not have any direct involvement with the courier services. Couriers are third-party delivery services selected jointly by Marine Tape and the Customer.


If your order requires a signature upon delivery, please contact us before placing the order. Additionally, it's advised to get in touch with the courier using your tracking number, as the shipping confirmation marks the beginning of the transport company's responsibility for your shipment.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION  

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. After delivery confirmation is available, Marine Tape relinquishes liability for any delays, losses, thefts, or misplacements of packages. Ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and contact information is the responsibility of the purchaser. For any shipping-related inquiries, kindly reach out directly to the delivery company:


In the event that you order products currently out of stock, our warehouse team will promptly notify you and process an immediate refund for the respective product.


PLEASE NOTE:  We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs. Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.    


DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE  Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Marine Tape reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.  


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS  Marine Tape must be notified by email within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange for damaged goods. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply on exchanges. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.    


IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRICE COMPARISON OR CHANGE OF MIND CANCELLATIONS  

All orders can be canceled without penalty up until it has been packaged - once packaged a re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be canceled or retrieved.  


DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS  

No Credits, Refunds, Sale Products, or Exchanges are allowed.



FAQ's

Whilst we carry a huge amount of stock, if specific sizes of tapes are required production time can take between 10-12 weeks for certain sizes, please check first before ordering.


We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world, just send us a valid postal address and we will get you a price and an estimated delivery time.
